Cadillac Luxury Bicycles warrants only to the original purchaser - consumer of this product, that such products and parts thereof, when used for normal riding purposes by a person that properly fits and is capable of riding and controlling this bicycle, is free of defects in workmanship and material. This warranty does not apply to any part thereof which may fail due to improper assembly, accident, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear.

WARRANTY OF PARTS
For 1 year from the date of purchase, when properly assembled as detailed in this owner's manual, Cadillac Luxury Bicycles will replace any defective part which results when this cycle is used in a normal manner.

FULL WARRANTY ON FRAME
For the usable life of this cycle, Cadillac Luxury Bicycles will replace the frame at no charge, should it fail in any weld point when the cycle has been used in a normal manner, and determined by our inspection. Claims under this warranty must be made through an authorized Cadillac Luxury Bicycles dealer. Proof of purchase is required. A warranty registration card must be completed and received by Cadillac Luxury Bicycles before a warranty claim may be processed. Our warranties do not apply to any unit that has been abused, misused, altered by component parts, substitutions, or used for rental or other commercial uses. Labor charges incurred in the replacement of parts are not covered by this warranty.

CAUTION: THE FOLLOWING EXCLUSION APPLIES TO ALL CADILLAC BICYCLE MODELS. This warranty does not apply to any unit that has been used for stunt riding, bicycle moto-cross, dirt biking, or similar activities and all Cadillac Luxury Bicycles units are not designed or intended for such purposes or usages.

Cadillac Luxury Bicycles SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
NOTICE: The user assumes the risk of any personal injuries, damage to or failure of the bicycle and any other losses if Cadillac Luxury Bicycles are used in any competitive event, including bicycle racing, or in bicycle moto-cross, dirt biking, or similar activities or training therefor. DO NOT use Cadillac Luxury Bicycles for wheeling, stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics, or similar activities or with motors as pwer driven vehicles. This warranty does not cover any personal injuries, damages to or failure of the bicycle or any other losses due to accident, improper use, neglect, misuse, abuse, normal wear, iimproper assembly or improper maintenance. It is the responsibility of the person who completes the assembly of the bicycle to install all parts included with it in the factory sealed shipping carton and to make minor adjustments of functional parts such as brakes, steering assembly, etc. as is required for proper operation.
